Established in 1970, Restaurant Es Guix is tucked away among oak groves, rock crags, and wild vegetation and features a spring-fed swimming pool carved into the rocks. The restaurant serves traditional Mallorcan mountain food, including their signature dish of roasted suckling pig and fresh grilled fish.
