Based in an old wine cellar, Celler Sa Premsa is a cozy restaurant with low ceilings, warm décor and furnishings, faded bullfighting posters, and original wooden barrels. Established in 1958, the aptly named restaurant exudes an intimate ambiance and serves a menu of traditional local fare, featuring specials such sobrassada (cured pork sausage), tumbet (Mallorcan-style vegetable ratatouille), roast suckling pig, pork with cabbage, and frito mallorquín (sautéed lamb offal). The cuisine is accompanied by a selection of fine wines from around Spain and Europe, craft beers, and cocktails, and is open for dinner, nightly.
