L’Uzine is a restaurant and bar located in the heart of Nice with a dynamic and lively atmosphere. The modern Mediterranean bistro is inspired by flavors from around the world but have been adapted to give patrons a unique taste (and sound) of the ‘Riviera’ - on most nights you’ll find local bands serenading diners. The seasonal menu changes throughout the year to fully envelop the freshest ingredients, but some of the most popular choices include the risotto du jour and their saumon a la plancha.
