Review & FAQ:

The restaurant was an instant success when it first opened its doors in 1985. Headed up by food enthusiasts Ramon and Maria Cardenas, Red Iguana soon became synonymous with exceptional Mexican cuisine. Today the restaurant is still run by the Cardenas family and it continues to wow diners with uniquely flavorful versions of traditional Mexican dishes. The menu is very extensive, starting off with a selection of tasty appetizers and salads, followed by all your favorite Mexican dishes, done to perfection. Just a couple of the house classics include Cochinita Pibil – a rubbed and roasted dish of shredded pork loin drowning in delicious pan juices and Ramon’s Famous Fish Tacos.
