One of the city’s hottest restaurants in the heart of burgeoning Henderson Avenue, Gemma serves a well-crafted, yet relatively simple and modest menu with an array of small plates and innovative entrées. Signature plates include Grilled Texas Quail with tomato panzanella, Orecchiette with toasted walnuts, Casarecce in a wild boar ragu, and Squid Ink Bucatini with shrimps and pancetta.
