Camp Creek Recreation Area is a lovely 40-acre public recreation area located along the northern shores of Lake Travis, near the city of Marble Falls. The lovely public park is a popular spot for area anglers looking to catch white bass throughout the year. Visitors can enjoy year-round opportunities for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, and boating at the lake, which offers a free public-access boat ramp for visitor use. Day-use picnic sites offer pavilions, barbecue grills, and fire pits, set underneath the shelter of a grove of beautiful pecan trees. Overnight camping is offered at several sites throughout the park, including group campsites for groups of 20 or more.
