Located at the Kendall Yards in the heart of Spokane, the Baba Restaurant is a contemporary restaurant that serves a tapas-style menu of small plates and a chef's tasting menu of refined European cuisine. Seasonal dishes are created by Chef Adam Hegsted who uses locally sourced ingredients and regional produce such as appetizers of charred octopus, deviled eggs with maple-bacon filling, and pepper spiced chips. Sharing entrées include plates of Vietnamese clams in oxtail broth; spaghetti stuffed meatballs, and roasted tofu carnitas, and mouthwatering desserts of olive oil gelato, warm chocolate brownies, and peach donuts. The Baba Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday and dinner only on the weekends.
