Review:

Waters Restaurant is a refined seafood restaurant with classic nautical décor and a charming tree-topped patio. Located in Sundance Square, the restaurant sourced the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood and prepared dishes from scratch that boast flavors of the southwest, with hints of Louisiana. Signature dishes include Creole gumbo, hand-selected prime beef steak, diver scallops from Maine, and jumbo lump crab cakes, all of which are ecologically sustainable, seasonal, and wild-caught or grass-fed. The outstanding cuisine is accompanied by an impressive menu of fine wines from around the world that have been hand-selected by Chef/Owner Jon Bonnell and beverage director Bryan Bass. Waters Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
