Moraine State Park is state park spanning 16,725 acres in Butler County. The park is home to the 3,225-acre Lake Arthur, which has over 40 miles of scenic shoreline and offers an array of outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, sailing, and swimming, along with hiking, mountain biking, picnicking, and camping. The Frank Preston Conservation Area in the park boasts beautiful natural landscapes and diverse fauna and flora, as well as a popular seven-mile paved mountain bike trail that circumnavigates the north shoreline of the lake. Moraine State Park is open daily from 7:00 am to sunset, year-round.
