Founded in 1989 by sisters Winfield and Joy, Sisters Coffee Company - The Pearl was the first roastery in the Central Oregon area. Today, the business has grown into one of the city’s top coffee roastery’s with a spacious roastery in Sisters and a charming café in the Pearl District. The Pearl Café serves carefully sourced coffee drinks such as espresso, macchiatos, lattes, americanos, mochas, cappuccinos, and standard drip coffees, along with light lunch fare such as fresh pastries and gourmet sandwiches in an airy and inviting space. Sisters Coffee Company Pearl Café is open for breakfast and lunch, seven days a week.
