Based within a custom upholstery store, the buzzy multi-roaster coffee shop serves rotating roasts from Coava and Proud Mary in a variety of styles from frothy lattes, double-shot espressos to foamy cappuccinos, magical macchiatos, and chic cafe au laits. Dutch stroopwafels are the order of the day, and the thin, cookie-like pastries sandwiching a layer of caramel take customers into the heart of Holland.
