Saint Simon Coffee Company is a hip, family-owned specialty coffee shop that serves handcrafted, locally sourced coffees, cold brew flights, and freshly baked pastries in a space that pays homage to the city’s roots. Founded in 2014 by three Brock brothers, the small and cozy coffee spot partners with other Portland businesses such as Coava Coffee, Steve Smith teas, and Sugar Cube, who provide delectable pastries to offer an unrivaled coffee experience. The neat space has a few tables and chairs and a bar with stools where coffee lovers can sip some of the best Sumatran coffee in the city and the signature three-bottle cold-brew flight, which features three blends and roasts. Saint Simon Coffee Company also serves espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, americanos, macchiatos, mochas, and standard drip coffees in various roast options along with loose-leaf tea blends, chai and matcha lattes, sparkling tea, and a range of baked goods from Sugar Cube. Saint Simon Coffee Company is open for breakfast and lunch, seven days a week.
