Golda is a cozy dining spot in Brooklyn's historic Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, opened in 2017 by restaurateur Danny Nusbaum. The 28-seat restaurant offers all-day dining service, including full coffee shop service highlighting a multi-roaster coffee program and specialty espresso beverages such as charcoal lattes, honey oat milk lattes, and cookie milk iced lattes. Global fusion fare blends Californian and Middle Eastern influences, including ash-cured farmer's cheese plates served with honeycomb and pistachio butter, babka French toast with stonefruit and spiced whipped cream, and vegetarian eggplant Menemen platters with Jerusalem artichokes, saffron yogurt, and urfa biber. Sandwich options include egg sandwiches with muhamarra and kashkaval, smoked trout caviar sandwiches, and fried chicken sandwiches topped with pickled cabbage and aleppo date toum. Couples should note that the restaurant can become very crowded during brunch and lunch service due to its limited seating and should plan accordingly.
