Brooklyn Cider House is New York City's first farm cidery, owned and operated by siblings Susan and Peter Yi. The cidery and restaurant ferments all of its apples in a process that lasts up to 18 months, highlighted in the company's classic variants Kinda Dry, Bone Dry, Still Bone Dry, and Half Sour. Family-style Basque meals are served up as part of a nightly prix fixe offering, showcasing four courses of rustic cuisine such as butternut squash soup, arroz con almejas, cowboy ribeye steak, and tortillas de patatas. A full taproom and bar menu also showcases New American fusion fare, including bahn mi burgers, spicy pulled pork tacos, bulgogi bibimap, and brunch entrees such as avocado toast and chicken and waffles.
