The Campbell is an iconic New York City cocktail lounge housed within Grand Central Terminal, originally opened in 1923 within the converted apartment space of Jazz Age financier John W. Campbell, a member of the board of directors for the New York Central Railroad. The historic property was restored to its original splendor in 2007 by the Gerber Group and design firm Ingrao, Inc., showcasing 13th-century Florentine-inspired design elements and original items owned by Campbell, including a steel safe and great stone fireplace. Diners can enjoy a selection of traditional cocktails and light bar far at the lounge's office-style bar, indoor Palm Court, or outdoor terrace veranda, which also offers a full bar facility.
