Temple Court is a gorgeous old-school-style restaurant and bar in Manhattan's Financial District, owned and operated since 2016 by popular restaurateur Tom Colicchio. The restaurant strives to pay homage to the rich cultural history of Lower Manhattan, serving up reimagined turn-of-the-century entrees crafted lovingly by executive chef Carlos Benedicto. French and Mediterranean cuisine influences infuse dishes at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including favorites such as beef Bouguignon, ricotta angolotti, oysters Rockefeller, and chicken fricassée. At lunch, lower-cost selections are offered for dates on a budget, including provençale seafood stew, duck confit, and hanger steak. An extensive wine menu is available by the bottle or by the glass, along with draft beers, craft cocktails, and fine liquors.
