Lillie's Victorian Establishment is a nod to the Victorian-era gin palaces of the United Kingdom, named after turn-of-the-century British actress and socialite Lillie Langtry. The charming British-style watering hole offers two Manhattan locations near Broadway and Union Square, showcasing decor salvaged from the ballroom of a 19th-century Northern Ireland estate, including ornate wood carvings, stamped-tin ceilings, and loveseats covered in red velvet that are perfect for cozying up with a date and a drink. An eclectic menu of British and Irish fare includes pub favorites such as shepherd's pie, with specialties such as farro bowls, avocado BLTs, and smoked salmon Benedict served up at brunch. More than 50 domestic and imported beers are served, along with a selection of fine wines and liquors.
