DW Bistro is one of Las Vegas' most popular off-strip restaurants, serving up delicious New Mexican and Jamaican-style cuisine offerings throughout the day. The restaurant, which was founded by Dalton Wilson and Bryce Krausman, is located at the Gramercy in the Southwest Valley and is open to the public Tuesdays through Sundays for brunch, lunch, and dinner service. Recently-reworked menus showcase delicious classics such as jerk pork shoulder and Jamaican-style curried vegetables alongside new offerings like New Mexican-style green chile cheeseburgers served with jack cheese and jalapeno bacon. At brunch, creative omelette and Benedict offerings are complemented by excellent entrees like Jamaican jerk chicken and waffles or classic chilaquiles.
