Border Grill is a popular American West Coast dining destination, founded in 1999 by Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, best known as Bravo Top Chef Masters and Food Network's "Too Hot Tamales" today. The grill offers a number of food trucks and physical locations throughout the Los Angeles and Las Vegas metropolitan regions, including a location at Las Vegas' spectacular Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. All dishes use locally-sourced, organic ingredients whenever possible, including sustainably-sourced seafood caught according to the resort's Seafood Watch Program standards. Delicious south-of-the-border-influenced fare includes chicken poblano enchiladas, gaucho steaks, Yucatan pork, and hand-pressed tacos and quesadillas filled with a variety of creative meat and vegetarian ingredients.
