Z&M Twisted Vines Wines and Winery is a locally owned winery that produces innovative, organic wines with a twist. The eco-friendly wine estate uses four varieties of sustainably-grown grapes and homegrown fruit to produce unique and unusual wines such as Blackhawk Blackberry wine, Hellfire jalapeño wine and Blacked Out Coffee wine. Z&M Twisted Vines combines Old World winemaking with New Age techniques using self-harvested rainwater and green cultivate practices to produce delicious farm-to-table wines. The winery has a tasting room for sampling the one-of-a-kind wines, and the winery can be rented for special events.
