Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the historic Moscow City Hall, the Third Street Gallery is a popular downtown meeting place where Moscow residents can come to see the brilliant work of their arty community.

The gallery promotes established and emerging artists mainly from the Palouse and Northwest Idaho region. You can look forward to admiring a large collection of art in many forms and mediums. There are several themed exhibitions each year including work by fiber artists, wood crafters, creative writers and much more. The gallery is open to the public from 8am to 5pm from Monday to Friday and on selected evening opening dates.
