The dedicated owners of the pizzeria learned all there is to know about making traditionally crafted pizza at a certified Vera Pizza Napoletana school and imported their amazing brick oven from Italy. The wines are also all from Italy, reflecting the amazing diversity of the country.

The food ingredients, however, are nearly all locally sourced from trusted farmers, ranchers and from their own herb garden. The restaurant makes all their own pizza dough and their special house mozzarella. The menu changes with the seasons, utilizing whatever is fresh and fabulous.
