SchillingBridge Winery and Micro Brewery is the nation’s first combined farm winery and microbrewery, operated by Mike and Sharon Schilling. The Pawnee City company utilizes high-quality local and imported ingredients to produce its unique beers, including its Duggan’s Wheat Ale, 70 SchillingBridge Scottish Ale, Lemon-Lime Lager, Zulu American Pale Ale, and Sandy Andy Blonde Ale. Wines may also be sampled at its tasting room, which allows visitors to chat with the company’s brewmaster and vintner about the beer and wine-making process.
The company also produces its signature SchillingBridge Hard Cider, with plans to delve further into the world of craft ciders in the future. On Friday and Saturday evenings, fine dining is offered as a pair to wines and beers, including the company’s signature overnight-roasted prime rib entrees.
