Review:

Pint Nine Brewing Company was opened in 2017 by Jimi Watson and Denny Hynek, named in reference to the traditional European pint-and-nine-ounce bottling size of imported beers. The brewery aims to produce high-quality ales available for purchase in pints, crowlers, or fill-to-order cans, with hopes of beginning statewide distribution within the next several years. Food trucks are hosted on site most Friday evenings, with visitors welcome to bring in their own food or order delivery from a number of local restaurants.

Year-round brews available at Pint Nine Brewing Company include the company’s Oso Cafe Hazelnut Coffee Brown Ale, Ryce Rye Rice Ale with Mexican lager yeast, and classic IPA, session red ale, and pale ale styles. Specialty and seasonal brews include variants such as its Pink Peppercorn Wit and Hot Burst Blonde.
