Tallulah Gorge State Park is home to one of the Eastern United States’ most spectacular canyons. The Tallulah Gorge is approximately two miles in length and almost one thousand feet deep. Camping options in the state park include fifty RV, trailer, and tent campsites, a pioneer campground, and three backcountry adirondack shelters.
Guests can also hike the park’s rim trails to reach a number of scenic overlooks or hike along the gorge floor after obtaining a permit. A suspension bridge eighty feet up from the bottom of the gorge offers outstanding views of waterfalls and the river.
