American playwright, Tennessee Williams, spent plenty of his days in Key West, and Hot Tin Roof pays homage to one of the man’s most famous works, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. Hot Tin Roof describes their fare as “conch-fusion” mixing together elements of traditional Floridian cuisine with Caribbean cooking styles. The restaurant forms part of the Ocean Key Resort & Spa giving diners outstanding views of Key West Harbor. Hand-painted murals and whimsical statues create an artsy vibe. The kitchen opens for breakfast, brunch, and dinner. The drinks menu consists of an extensive wine list, handcrafted and classic cocktails, and specialty beers.
