Located on Clifton Avenue between the neighborhoods of Forest Hill and Roseville, Branch Brook Park is the largest public park in Newark. The first county park in the U.S., Branch Brook Park was established in 1895 by the Essex County Parks Commission. Situated on 360 acres, the park is famous for its many cherry blossom trees.
