Review:
Whitewater Bar and Grill is the official full-service restaurant and pub of Royal Gorge Rafting and Zipline Tours, originally opened to the public in 2004 by Anna and Ty Seufe. The restaurant is available for service after excursions or open to the public for general dining, offering up Western-style dishes in a rustic dining room overlooking the majestic Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Delicious shareable appetizers include creative nacho variants, jalapeno caps battered with Brew City beer, and deep-fried pork skins with homemade green chili for dipping. All-natural Colorado burgers are also available, along with a variety of delectable signature sandwiches, including barbecue beef brisket and pulled pork sandwiches. Other entree options include oversized loaded baked potatoes, Colorado premium cut steaks, and cups of the restaurant's homemade green pork chili.
