The 20th Street Community Park is a public recreation facility in the heart of South Chico that provides a variety of settings and equipment for recreational sports, leisure activities, and public events.

Taking its name from its location on 20th Street, the 40-acre community park features amenities such as two playgrounds for children of varying ages, picnic areas with tables and barbecues, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, pickleball courts, and tennis courts. Other facilities at the park include multi-purpose sports fields, softball pitches, soccer fields, a gymnasium with basketball, volleyball, and dodgeball courts, and modern restrooms. The 20th Street Community Park is also home to the Ancestor Gates Art Project and is open to the public year-round.
