Reservations
Videri Chocolate Factory mostly caters to those who wish to tour the chocolate making process or purchase custom chocolates, but they can also host private events. Those who want to make reservations may call the chocolate hotline at 919-755-5053 or visit their website.
Alternatively, visitors can simply go to the venue for their self-guided tour. Groups composed of more than 10 people (up to 20) who wish to do self-guided tours must book in advance. Those with less than 10 can come by anytime. Guided tours always have to be booked in advance, with a cap of 20 people.

This bean-to-bar chocolate factory sells not only all kinds of chocolates but merchandise as well. They also sell shirts that feature the Videri logo in the center.
Special Events & Tours
As mentioned earlier, Videri accommodates private events on a case-to-case basis, which means that any plans to celebrate there should call in advance. Its main attraction, however, is the chocolate making process, which visitors can witness through the self-guided or guided tours.
Self-Guided Tours: Visitors can go to Videri Chocolate Factory anytime during business hours and leisurely explore its premises as they would in a museum. Every step of the chocolate making process is already labelled and described, so people can easily understand what is going on, even without a guide. People can take their time with self-guided tours, though it would usually take a person about 15 to 20 minutes to finish one round.
Guided Tours: Available from 10:00am to 3:00pm from Mondays to Fridays. The size must be at least 10 to 20 people to be able to book. After the tour, guests are given free samples of Videri’s signature chocolate products.
