Review:

The Crosby Mansion, with its spectacular sweeping views over Cape Cod Bay, stands as a testament to a bygone era of opulence, grandeur and romance. Once the home of Albert Crosby, who made a fortune producing distilled alcohol and built the mansion for the love of his life, the three-story abode is a monument to unrivaled craftsmanship.

Built in the grand style of Chicago’s Gold Coast Mansions and completed in 1888, the 35-room estate features hand-carved mahogany and oak walls, 15 fireplaces decorated with imported tiles, marble sinks and floors in the bathrooms. The estate is open to the public and offers guided tours on certain dates during the year.
