Cantinetta is a chic Tuscan-inspired restaurant that delights diners in Wallingford and West Bellevue with an array of rustic Italian fare like rotating antipasti, contorni, house-made pasta, and meaty entrees. Skillfully prepared using only the freshest, seasonal, organic, and locally sourced ingredients and cooked in a traditional Tuscan way, magical dishes featured include casoncelli with pancetta and amaretto crumbles, tortellini in brodo, asparagus and black pepper risotto, and the signature bistecca al Cantinetta served with fingerling potatoes and pancetta in a vino rosso sauce.
