The “glam” at this glamping destination comes in the form of fully equipped cabins with king-size or queen-size beds, full bathrooms, a kitchen, wireless internet, and a number of other amenities. Some of the cabins at Sterling Ridge also feature whirlpools and there are also designated dog-friendly cabins available. Other activities nearby include hiking, biking, fishing,and kayaking.

3. The Treehouse at Moose Meadow Lodge

The Treehouse at Moose Meadow Lodge is separate from the main lodge, but located only two hundred feet away. This means it’s far enough away for a peaceful, secluded glamping experience, but close enough to take advantage of the Moose Meadow Lodge’s amenities. The Treehouse is two stories and offers a unique place for camping, featuring a number of creature comforts, such as a dining area, living area, wrap-around deck, queen-sized bed, bathroom, and a shower. “Tree service” is offered as well for breakfast, and the grounds include hiking trails and the Sky loft, which offers great panoramic views.

The Cottages at Crofter's Green, located in the Vermont town of Montgomery Center, are located on beautiful grounds encompassing approximately twenty-five acres. Accommodations at the Greenwood Lodge include forty mostly wooded, well spaced campsites and a hostel next to the Green Mountain National Forest. The Half Moon Pond State Park is situated within the forested grounds of the 3,500-acre Bomoseen State Park. This quiet camping area is nestled in a densely wooded area surrounding the Half Moon Pond in a sheltered, small basin. 7. Button Bay State Park

Button Bay State Park encompasses 253 acres of land along the 130-mile Lake Champlain on a bluff near Ferrisburgh. The campground at the park is a primarily grassy and open area that overlooks the lake, as well as the Adirondack Mountains. Named after the button-like concretions created by clay deposits on the shoreline, Button Bay State Park features four cabins, more than a dozen lean-to sites, and over fifty campsites for RVs and tents. Other campground amenities consist of a nature center with an array of nature programs, a pool with lifeguards, picnic areas, and restroom and shower facilities.
