Established in 1938 by André Hiély, the fine establishment known as Hiely-Lucullus has earned quite the positive reputation receiving Michelin stars and the Golden Key in the Gault & Millau Guide. Today, Chef Gérald Azoulay and wife Patricia, who hails from Peru combine the flavors of Provence with Andean influences, resulting in interesting and flavorful cuisine. The wine cellar stocks up to 500 references with the majority of the selections originating from the Northern and Southern Rhone Valley. Diners will not be disappointed with dynamic, creative dishes such as Shells and Mussels of Bouchots with Aji Amarillo and Saffron of Ventoux and the Mediterranean Roche’s Poulpe Crepe with Ceviche.
