The Cambusier Restaurant Saint-Malo is an award-winning, family-owned restaurant in the heart of Saint-Malo’s old town. Decorated with original black and white photographs of seafarers and fishing trawlers, the restaurant gives customers a glimpse into Saint-Malo’s nautical history. The chef serves traditional French cuisine prepared with fresh local ingredients including, of course, seafood. HIs wife, in addition to being a trained chef, is a sommelier who can recommend the perfect wine to go with any of their mouthwatering main courses. The intimate dining room only seats 40 people, so advance reservations are highly encouraged. Le Cambusier is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
