Zest Kitchen and Bar is a delightful vegetarian and gluten-free restaurant in Salt Lake City, helmed by restaurateur Casey Staker. Farm-to-fork entrees highlight unique plant-based fare, including eggplant ratatouille with spinach quinoa, baked zucchini mac and mock cheese, and Thai Sunrise coconut curry with sesame stir fry vegetables. Shareable plates include selections like beet and walnut dip, housemade mock cheese bread, and seasonal wild mushrooms and herb flatbread.
