Frio River Cabins includes more than 175 acres of wooded land in Frio County as well as more than two miles of river front.

The property has accommodations for anywhere between six and 16 people.

Every single cabin has easy access to Frio River, air conditioning and heating, its own horseshoe pit, and a fully-furnished kitchen with dishes, utensils, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, toasters, microwaves, toasters, ovens, stoves, fridges, and freezers.

Each cabin and house also has its own outdoor picnic table, BBQ pit, and fire wing.

During the off-season, linens are available upon request and some accommodations have electric fireplaces and/or TVs.

Depending on your chosen house or cabin, you may also get access to volleyball, DVD players, A/C and heating, sinks and vanities in every bedroom, and/or limestone fireplaces.

Some of the accommodations have a great deal of land around them, with one featuring a very private 120-acre ranch. Sit on the porch while admiring the hills or listening to the river.

Stroll along the river and admire the cypress trees towering above you.

At night, enjoy clear skies that are perfect for stargazing, dance at the pavilion at Garner State Park nearby, or make a roaring campfire.
