Fox Fire Log Cabins has been part of the community for decades, opening in 1984, and is in the heart of Texas Hill Country.

The cabins appeal to those who want to connect with nature and escape the city.

There are seven log cabins which are fully-furnished and have two bedrooms and one bath, all in the Main Area.

Or you can choose one of the vacation houses within the immediate area.

These range from one-bedroom guest houses to larger homes with space for multiple families.

Guests get access to outdoor barbeque pits and patio furniture and can use the laundry room for free.

The cabins are surrounded by nature, including large oak trees and the Sabinal River, along with gorgeous, clear night skies. Most properties sit along the Sabinal River or a creek feeding that river.

The Main Area also features the Main House with its playground, outdoor pavilion with covering, and office. The property has its own swimming hole, which is among the best along the Sabinal River.

Take a short walk to the water to go fishing, fly-fishing, lounge around, float, or hunt for rocks and fossils. Make a fire or borrow fishing poles, puzzles, and board games.
