With all the perks of a relaxing mountain getaway, Oconee State Park is perfect for a family holiday complete with camping, hiking, fishing, boating, or just relaxing in nature. There are 139 standard campsites with water and electrical service, 15 designated rustic tent sites, and 19 historical cabins for visitors to rent out. There are lots of unique activities available at the park; in addition to cooling down in the old-fashioned swimming hole, campers can also play a round of mini-golf, have a picnic in one of the shelters, or even try square dancing during the summer months.
