This is a seasonal Camden hotel that is closed during the winter and has recently undergone a renovation to show off both the property’s unique history and the town’s natural beauty. The rooms at Whitehall have luxury, super-soft linens, Lather bath amenities, wireless internet, LED Smart TVs with Apple TV, iPod docking stations, iPads with local information, ice buckets, waffle kimono robes, fridges, irons, air conditioning, hair dryers, wine glasses, corkscrews, Keurig coffee makers, and daily housekeeping.

Sit under the stars or warm up by a fire pit. You can also play corn hole or shuffleboard or have a swing in the rope chair. The covered porches have seating areas and rockers while the front patio has a lounging space and fire pit. There are also numerous common rooms inside, as well as a concierge service and free parking. The inn has an on-site restaurant, Pig + Poet, which serves sustainable Maine dishes with local ingredients. The homemade breakfast is a small-plate affair that lets you try a bit of everything.
