Coveside Bed and Breakfast is on top of a rocky cove right by the Five Islands hamlet and has great views of the lobster dock. The main house features four guest rooms, while the adjacent cottage has three. All rooms have individual heat controls, queen or king beds, a private bath, and a full water view. Suites also have sitting areas and fireplaces while cottage suites also feature a private deck. There is wireless internet throughout the property, and TVs and phones are available in the common areas.
Because of the inn’s location, you simply have to step outside to go kayaking right from the private dock or walk along beaches or trails.
The inn lends bicycles to guests so you can get a little farther, and there is also a canoe available.
In the inn, relax in the club room with its lounge area, flat-screen television and small gym. Or just sit on the porches, terrace, or waterside chairs. Guests can start their day with breakfast on the terrace. One of the innkeepers used to own a pastry business so you can expect fresh, delicious pastries as well as homemade jams, fresh fruit, homemade breads, and an entrée. All day there are homemade cookies, complimentary soft drinks, beer, tea, and coffee.
