This upscale restaurant has a French country vibe with original wood floors, French provincial furnishings, an open kitchen concept with a copper façade, and abstract art adorning the walls. French doors lead to a covered flagstone patio amidst mature trees, an ideal setting for a romantic evening. Bouchon acquires its fish from Santa Barbara’s Channel and its produce from the Central California countryside. Menu selections include Pan-seared Pacific salmon and Braised Kurobuta Pork Shank – caramelized onion, farro barley with pearl onions, braised broccolini, and blood orange-rosemary demi-glace.
