There are 9 cabins, all named after bears, on this wooded property near Cooksburg. They sleep between two and twelve people each and are situated far apart making them private and secluded. There is also a farmhouse built in 1896 which has five bedrooms and two full bathrooms and sleeps 12 people. Pets are permitted. The Mercantile shop on the premises sells gifts, groceries and clothing. It also serves pizzas, burgers, hot dogs, milkshakes and sundaes. The fishing season begins in spring. Trout and bass are among the species caught in the Clarion River.
