St. Vincent Archabbey Gristmill, known locally as The Gristmill, is a historic mill in Unity Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The original part of the mill, a four-story, 45 feet by 40 feet frame structure was built in 1854. An addition was built in 1883. The mill was powered by steam and is still in use. It is part of Saint Vincent Archabbey, the first Benedictine Monastery in the States, and is now part of Saint Vincent College. It is added to the National Register of Historic Places. The monks continue to operate the mill and run a general store where they sell flour and bread, jam and other products. They also operate a museum that has a viewing area where visitors can watch the monks operating the grindstones to make flour, as well as visit exhibits about the mill and the early agricultural history of Saint Vincent.
