Review & FAQ:

One of the most scenic trails in Ohiopyle State Park, the Meadow Run Trail is 3 miles long with an elevation gain of 538 feet. It has two trail heads – at the waterslide close to the ranger station and at Cucumber Falls. The trail starts with a steep uphill hike through a nice shady forest. From the top of the hill it winds downhill to a big rocky outcrop before continuing along Meadow Run until it reaches the Youghiogheny River. Along the way you will see the lovely Cascades Waterfalls and the Flat Rock sandstone outcrop, which offers wonderful views of the gorge.
