Petits Noirs Chocolates is a boutique chocolatier that produces and sells handcrafted chocolate creations inspired by the fresh produce grown in the lush region of the Walla Walla Valley. Founded by Lan Wong and James Boulanger, artisanal bakers and foodies, the chocolatier creates exquisitely made chocolates and other fine treats that reflect the complex flora of the region, such as anise, lavender, rosemary, clove, and violet. Signature chocolate treats from Petits Noirs chocolates are hand-dipped buttons of dark chocolate with melt-in-the-mouth ganache fillings of fresh cream, butter, chocolate, herbs, and spices.
