Built in 1892, the Frazier Farmstead Museum is a historic house museum dedicated to the history of the Milton-Freewater area. Constructed by William Samuel Frazier in the late 1800s and occupied by his family for 115 years. In 1983 the house was converted into a museum and today is operated and maintained as a beautifully restored house and farm museum by the Milton-Freewater Area Historical Society. The museum houses a collection of antique furnishings and other artifacts from the 19th century and the surrounding six-acre property features a carriage house, a 1918 barn, and several other buildings that were part of a turn-of-the-century working farm.
