Review:

The Rack House Steak and Spirits is the latest offering from the Gulf Coast Restaurant Group, opened in 2017 by restaurateurs Kevin Fish, Bob Taylor, and Brian Raspberry. The restaurant is known for its scratch-made steakhouse and seafood offerings, which are accompanied by an extensive bar menu showcasing more than 30 wines available by the glass. Over 100 bourbons, whiskeys, scotches, and ryes are served, honored by the Bourbon Society of the Gulf Coast. Diners can select from elegant USDA Prime steak favorites like Delmonico ribeye, center-cut sirloin, or New York strip, accompanied by luxurious toppings like lump crabmeat, sauteed Vidalia onions, and bourbon butter. Land and sea specialties include favorites like lemon parmesan pork Porterhouse, Cabernet-braised short ribs, and Faroe Island salmon with tomato basil butter.
