Southern Prohibition Brewing is a craft brewery that follows the tried and true processes with some creativity thrown in with experimentation. They always try to push the envelope to enhance their industry and brand while providing a place for people to come together. Year-round brews at Southern Prohibition include Suzy B (a blonde ale), Crowd Control (an imperial India pale ale), Mississippi Fire Ant (an imperial red ale), and Devil’s Harvest (a breakfast IPA). You can also opt for a brew from the Rotator Series, the Wild and Wood Series, or the Yearly IPA Series. Southern Prohibition Brewing also has special releases, such as Paradise Lost, which is their hoppiest beer so far and Karaoke Faceplant which is a combined effort with NOLA Brewing Co. Those who want some food to go with their brews can enjoy Mercury Pizza in the taproom five days every week. You can go on a tour on Saturday afternoons or visit the taproom between Wednesday and Saturday. Weekdays, it opens from 5 pm to 10 pm and Saturday has extended hours of noon to 10 pm. You can also attend some of the fun events and brew releases at Southern Prohibition Brewing.
