Meyer as Meyer's Hat Box, the small shop prospered over the years by selling Stetson hats and men's ties and grew into the South's largest hat store. Now owned by third-generation Meyers, the store still sells high-quality hats and caps from the world's leading manufacturers, including Borsalino, Bailey, Dobbs, Mayser Kangol, and Stetson. Meyer The Hatter also offers hat-related services such as hat-fitting and cleaning, and expert staff is on hand to advise about styles and sizes. Meyer The Hatter is open Monday through Saturday, year-round.
